SUMMARY:
Opportunity Available!! Our leading client in the Automotive Sector is looking to employ an Assistant Sales & Product Training Manager to join their dynamic team in Sandton.
POSITION INFO:
Job Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and quality assure online product and projects training material
- Facilitate brand ambassador training in preparation of various exhibitions
- Develop training material for various product and sales roadshows
- Facilitate product training and assessments for dealer sales executives
- Develop Skills Olympiad Competition questionnaires related to Product, Business and Sales strategies
- Generate monthly reports relevant to training outcomes
Job Requirements:
- NQF Level 5 (Minimum 240 credits on level 8 framework) relevant qualification
- Preferably 2-3 years’ relevant experience in the creative writing environment
- 2-3 years in the Sales and Product environment (Motor industry advantageous)
- Computer Literacy (MS Office package – advanced)
- Exposure to Artificial Intelligence software platforms
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Will be required to travel
