Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Plant Manager/Technical Manager, located in Sidi Allal Tazi. The role includes overseeing daily plant operations, managing production planning, optimizing manufacturing processes, and ensuring efficient operations. The Assistant Plant Manager/Technical Manager will also lead teams, maintain quality standards, and ensure compliance with safety regulations, while working to continuously enhance overall plant efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Plant Management, including overseeing the day-to-day operations of the plant and managing resources effectively
- Strong knowledge of Plant Operations and Manufacturing Operations, with experience in ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards
- Proficiency in Operations Management and Production Planning to improve efficiency and meet production goals
- Leadership and communication skills to manage teams and ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Problem-solving abilities and experience in implementing continuous improvement initiatives
- Educational background in Engineering, Operations, or a related technical field is preferred
- Previous experience in the frozen food or agriculture industry, Automotive or aviation is a plus
