We are looking for an Assistant Business Development Manager – (CRM & Data Analytics) to join the Porsche Türkiye team within Doğuş Otomotiv Servis ve Ticaret A.Ş.

This position will be responsible for developing and managing the CRM strategy covering the entire customer lifecycle of Porsche customers, improving customer experience processes, and creating new partnerships within the Porsche ecosystem to generate additional customer value.

The role will be positioned under the Sales and Business Development Department within the Porsche Türkiye distributor organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing, implementing and monitoring the CRM strategy for Porsche Türkiye
  • Designing the CRM architecture covering the Porsche customer lifecycle (lead management, customer segmentation, Sales Journey design, etc.)
  • Analyzing customer insights through the CRM data infrastructure and transforming them into business strategies
  • Designing and managing campaign and customer communication processes together with the Marketing team via CRM
  • Working with product teams and technology partners to develop new CRM features and ensure the integration of Global CRM systems with Doğuş Otomotiv CRM systems
  • Developing and coordinating CRM processes with Porsche Centers and ensuring the implementation of Porsche Global customer experience standards
  • Developing new partnerships and partner programs to expand the Porsche customer ecosystem
  • Ensuring coordination between CRM processes and Sales, After Sales, and Marketing teams
  • Monitoring customer satisfaction and customer experience performance indicators
  • Managing CRM, data security, KVKK (data protection) and compliance processes
  • Developing customer-focused use cases for the Porsche global mobile application and connected vehicle ecosystem
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), Take necessary actions on Porsche Centers to maintain given targets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, BA, Economics or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM, customer experience, loyalty programs, or customer data management
  • Experience in data analysis, customer segmentation, and campaign management
  • Strong understanding of digital customer communication channels
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a results-oriented mindset
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and partners
  • Advanced level of written and spoken English
