- Translate relevant quality requirements (VW/CARIAD, automotive industry, government, etc.) into the project and defines quality goals for the project in collaboration with suppliers' principal project Team.
- Based on performance and business needs, set priorities for suppliers.
- Drives suppliers' ASPICE improvement and mindset at project level.
- Plan, organize, direct, and report important activities and matters relating to supplier performance. Assess supplier qualifications including training and certifications. Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Engineering or related majors.
- Work Experience: At least 5-10 years of applied experience in automotive industry for quality management (TS 16949 or ISO9001, ASPICE), project management, engineering, production, IE, or other technical department. In which at least 3 years of applied experience for automotive software quality assurance.
- ASPICE PA (Provisional Assessor), CA (Competent Assessor) certificate is a MUST. No sub-contract allowed.
- Profession in quality and business systems, understand both automotive related standards e.g. ISO21434, ISO26262, TISAX; as well as software related standards/modules e.g. ASPICE PAM 3.1, ISO27001, CMMI, ISO250xx, ISO155xx; and other relevant standards, e.g. ISO9001, ITIL, ISO20000, ISO310xx etc.
- Solid knowledge and applied experience of automotive hard- and software hazard and risk analysis, familiar with hazard and risk analysis methodology and tools, e.g. FMEA, STPA, FuSa, SOTIF, TARA etc.
- Ability to work in an international culturally diverse, fast paced, and dynamic environment.
- Strong management, presentation, communication, steering, organizing, problem-solving and hazard analytics skills.
- English MUST / German-speaking preferred.
