Role Description
The Area Incharge is a full-time, on-site position based in Butwal. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, managing and expanding the retail network, ensuring timely order processing, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. Responsibilities also include monitoring inventory, achieving sales targets, handling customer inquiries, and implementing strategies to improve market penetration and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in sales, marketing, and customer relationship management
- Ability to manage inventory and logistics effectively
- Proven organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Basic proficiency in using office software and tools
- Previous experience in the automotive aftermarket or related industries is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Willingness to be based in Butwal and travel as needed
