Performance On Wheels LTD is a growing automotive business specialising in first-time and affordable vehicles. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Sales Executive to join our team and gain hands-on experience within the motor trade.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in the automotive industry while learning all aspects of vehicle sales and dealership operations.

Duties & Responsibilities

* Assisting with general vehicle sales

* Handling incoming customer enquiries via phone, email and social media

* Chasing sales leads and arranging customer appointments/viewings

* Keeping vehicle records, costs, and sale prices updated accurately

* Uploading and maintaining vehicle advertisements online

* Taking photos and videos of vehicles for adverts and social media

* Supporting with vehicle preparation and presentation when required

* Learning how to value part exchanges

* Assisting with customer vehicle handovers

* Completing basic paperwork and filing

* Following up with previous customers for reviews or repeat business

* Helping maintain dealership social media pages

* Checking vehicles are fuelled, clean and ready for viewings/test drives

* Maintaining a professional and organised working environment

* Learning all aspects of the sales and customer service process

What You Will Learn

Skills & Qualities Required

* Strong communication and customer service skills

* Good organisational skills and attention to detail

* Confident using computers and online systems

* Positive attitude and willingness to learn

* Interest in cars and the automotive industry

* Reliable and able to work as part of a team

Desirable

* Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential

* Previous customer service experience is beneficial but not required

Job Details

Location: Brettell Lane, DY5 3JN

Hours: Tuesday–Saturday, 9:30am–5:30pm

Pay: £8 per hour plus sales commission opportunities
