Job Responsibilities
1. AI Product Line Strategic Planning & Roadmap Formulation
- Define the core problems to be solved by the AI product line aligned with corporate overall strategy.
- Deliver 3-5 year long-term strategic plans and comprehensive planning documents for the full AI product line.
- Monitor external critical signals including foundational model capability iteration, competitor product launches, strategic adjustment of key clients and industry policy updates, and make high-level strategic judgments accordingly.
- Conduct structural analysis on ambiguous business demands and nominal replacement problems; eliminate pseudo requirements disguised by conceptual renaming strictly.
2. Empower AI Product Managers for Product Definition
- Optimize and calibrate the structural logic of product schemes delivered by frontline AI product managers.
- Coordinate cross-department internal resources, external ecosystem partners and technical expert interviews to empower product teams throughout product design phases.
- Provide official endorsement for internal product solutions when communicating with OEMs, Tier1 suppliers and institutional investors externally.
- Support product managers personally when facing critical project bottlenecks: adopt a hands-on supporting role without taking over core responsibilities, nor leaving key risks unattended.
3. Establishment of Product Architecture, Team Organization and Project Management System
Product Architecture Construction
Translate abstract product definitions into engineerable system architectures, covering end-cloud layered architecture, Agent orchestration architecture, model service architecture, data governance architecture and unified interface contract standards.
Team Organization Construction
Design the overall organizational structure for the AI product line, covering product management, algorithm, AI platform, on-site deployment and product evaluation teams. Formulate unified recruitment criteria, cross-team collaboration mechanisms and standardized decision-making paths.
Project Management System Construction
Build a unified product-line-level project management system, including multi-stage product roadmap breakdown, milestone management, full-cycle risk control and standardized cross-department collaboration workflows.
4. Strategic Ecosystem Cooperation Development & Management
- Build and maintain long-term strategic partnerships with foundational model vendors, chip manufacturers, Tier1 automotive suppliers, OEM automakers and public cloud service providers.
- Conduct peer-level high-end business dialogues with CTOs, vice presidents and department heads of cooperative enterprises directly.
- Lead full-process negotiation, review and official signing of large-scale strategic cooperation framework agreements.
Job Requirements
Mandatory Requirements
- Over 8 years of working experience in product management or technical leadership roles, with minimum 3 years of full ownership experience for independent AI product lines.
- Possess dual core capabilities: strategic demand structuring capability to sort out chaotic business information, and end-to-end system architecture design capability.
- Profound expertise in technical architecture including end-cloud collaboration, Agent orchestration and full-link data governance; mature experience in organizational design and cross-team collaboration mechanism optimization.
- Broad industrial ecosystem vision, capable of conducting in-depth strategic communication with CTOs of model vendors, deputy general managers of chip companies and research institute directors of OEM manufacturers.
- Excellent remote & indirect team management capability: enable independent decision-making of frontline product managers while ensuring all product iterations stay consistent with top-level corporate strategy.
Preferred Requirements
- Solid working experience owning product lines in automotive industry sectors including connected vehicles, intelligent cockpit and autonomous driving.
- Proven track record of building AI product teams from scratch and establishing stable, high-efficiency product delivery systems.
- Rich practical experience leading large-scale external strategic cooperation landing projects, such as OEM strategic partnership and in-depth joint development with top foundational model vendors.
- Long-term insight capability for 3-5 year technical evolution trends, with public industry outputs including keynote speeches, professional articles and mature summarized industry methodologies.
