Purpose of the job
Build a good image by providing efficient and professional automobile warranty claim support and audits across the assigned region.
Responsibilities
- Inspect and review day-to-day warranty claims according to our policies and KPIs.
- Verify warranty policies and procedure applications.
- Cooperate with senior team members about cases in analysis and reflect on closed cases.
- Collaborate with the finance department to ensure all warranty claims are correctly dispatched to dealers and that all distributor payments are made correctly.
- Support with warranty data analysis.
- Manage quality issues and report back to our HQ in China on a weekly basis.
- Pass product updates to dealers and to the technical teams.
- Support with containment activities for quality reporting.
- Act as the Key Business User (KBU) of the warranty control IT system and cooperate with the IT department on issues and improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in mechanical engineering
- A minimum of 3+ years of automobile warranty claim work experience with proven track records in Austria, other countries are an advantage
- Know the regional regulatory requirements on warranty, claim, etc.
- Strong and accurate technical abilities
- Logical thinking and strong capability of problem analysis
- Good knowledge of operating automobile warranty & claim systems and process
- Strong communication skills
- German and English are working languages.
