Responsibilities:
- Establish European warranty and claim system & processes in preparation phase
- Take charge of overall warranty and claim operations for European market after vehicle launch
- Optimize warranty claim rules and streamline daily operation workflows
Requirements:
- 3+ years working experience in warranty and claim management in European automotive sales companies
- Familiar with European local warranty policy, claim procedures and aftersales compliance standards

- Professional Excellence: A track record of success in the German and Europe market, understanding local consumer behavior and industry standards.
