Core Responsibilities
- Welcoming & Greeting: Proactively greeting visitors with a warm, professional demeanor, acting as the face of the company.
- Inquiry & Needs Handling: Attending to walk-in customer inquiries regarding products or services, providing accurate information, and conducting consultations.
- Queue & Crowd Management: Managing visitor traffic, including registration, check-ins (e.g., via facial recognition), and managing queue flow to minimize wait times.
- Issue Resolution & Service Recovery: Actively listening to customer complaints or concerns, identifying the root cause, and providing effective, prompt solutions.
- Administrative Support: Processing registrations, payments, or documentation using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, and maintaining accurate visitor records.
- Operational Coordination: Collaborating with internal teams (such as technicians, operations, or management) to meet customer needs and ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Skills & Requirements
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse customers.
- Empathy & Patience: Ability to remain calm, professional, and empathetic, particularly when handling difficult or frustrated customers.
- Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel) and CRM software.
- Disposition: A cheerful, pleasant, and energetic personality.
- Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a GCE ‘O’ Level, NITEC Certificate, or Diploma.
- 1–2 years of previous experience in customer relations, retail, or hospitality is often preferred.
- Proficiency in English and a second Asian language is advantageous to serve a broad client base.
