Your job

We are looking for an Aftermarket Manager, an expert in the further development of our aftermarket business, to join our EMEA Commercial Team. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding the aftermarket business for our ElmoRietschle brand in the EMEA region and leading the aftermarket strategy in line with our strategic growth plans.

You will be responsible for all ElmoRietschle service teams with the aim of leading and developing a high-performing aftermarket team throughout the region.

Your tasks

  • Deriving corporate goals into business-specific and regional aftermarket goals.
  • Participating in the development of commercial aftermarket offerings in line with overarching business strategies.
  • Identifying future growth opportunities in service offerings, spare parts, and digital solutions to support customer satisfaction and business growth.
  • Drive the implementation of standard processes in the aftermarket and continuously review and optimize them to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Analyze, monitor, and report on business performance and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with service managers to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery across all locations.
  • Support and train the regional sales team in creating service offerings for key customers and key accounts.
  • Promote cross-functional collaboration with sales, engineering, product management, operations, and finance.

What You Should Bring To The Table

  • A degree in engineering, engineering technology, business administration, or a comparable technical field.
  • Several years of professional experience in sales and service
  • Entrepreneurial thinking
  • Willingness to travel
  • Very good written and spoken English skills; other languages are an advantage
  • Several years of management experience desirable

Core competencies

Key competencies required for the role

  • At least 5 years of experience in the aftermarket, service, or commercial environment in industrial or technical industries. Sound background in after-sales and field operations as well as a good understanding of after-sales processes.
  • Good knowledge of vacuum and pressure technologies is an advantage.
  • Proven track record of increasing business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Experience in leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in fluent English; other European languages are an advantage.

Travel

This position will require travel to Germany, Benelux and Italy
