JD:
- Learn and master the company's claims policies and procedures, work closely with the sales teams in the SEA regions, and be responsible for communicating and training dealers,particularly providing after-sales technical training for key clients (such as large fleets and dealer networks), covering tire kowledge, waranty policies, common troubleshooting.etc.
- Handle inquiries and complaints from dealers and end-users in the SEA replacement tire market regarding tire quality,usage, installation, and damage.
- Conduct remote or on-site technical diagnosis of tire issues reported from the field, make fair and reasonable judgments, and produce preliminary analysis reports.
- Manage and follow up on quality waranty claims processes, including on-site verification, documentation review, preliminary assessment of compliance with warranty policies, and coordinating solutions with headquarters and customers.
- In case of emergencies or unexpected situations, conduct on-site inspections, collect data(photos, measurements, tire samples), and prepare detailed technical investigation reports. Serve as the frontline technical contact to assist the company in emergency response and communication.
- Regularly collect and report quality-related information of the company's products in the SEA markets, after-sales trends of competitors, and customer feedback on product and service improvements, accurately relaying this information to the headquarters'quality and technical departments.
- For improved tires, communicate with dealers to detemine field testing plans and monitor the test results.
- Enhance localized after-sales service capabilities by designing and implementing customized technical training programs for core dealers in each region, assisting and guiding dealers in establishing or improving their own after-sales service teams and processes.
Qualification:
- Fluent in English as a working language, with strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; capable of conducting in-depth technical discussions, writing analysis reports, and delivering training in English.
- Proficient in using Office software for data analysis and presentations, and able to clearly write technical analysis reports and business emails.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical, quality, or after-sales service roles within the tire or automotive parts industry. Direct experience serving the SEA markets is preferred.
- Deep understanding of tire structure, manufacturng processes, failure modes, and root cause analysis. Familiarity with tire testing standards and common road test specifications in the SEA markets is preferred.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations concening tire safety in the SEA markets.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with loca lcustomers and Chinese colleagues.
- Willingness and ability to undertake frequent long-distance intenational travel.
