About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Hong Kong office to support our administrative, treasury and day-to-day operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves organizing, communicating, and keeping a fast-moving team running smoothly at a dynamic venture capital firm.

Responsibilities

  • HR support
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communication, and onboarding/offboarding checklists
  • Maintain employee records and help track leave, training, and compliance documentation
  • Assist with HR initiatives such as engagement surveys, policy updates, and events
  • Treasury and finance support
  • Prepare payment requests, collect approvals, and help reconcile expenses
  • Maintain vendor records, update banking details, and track invoice status
  • Assist with petty cash, reimbursements, and weekly/monthly reporting
  • Operations support
  • Manage calendars, meetings, agendas, and follow-ups for the Ops leadership
  • Draft internal communications, presentations, and SOPs
  • Coordinate office logistics, procurement, travel, and visitor management
  • Maintain accurate files, trackers, and dashboards
  • Requirements

    • 1-2 years of administrative experience
    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
    • Clear written and verbal communication; able to handle sensitive information with discretion
    • Comfortable with numbers and basic financial paperwork
    • Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft office (in particular Excel)
    • A proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and a service-oriented attitude
