The Administrative Assistant supports day-to-day operations by handling key administrative and financial tasks that help keep processes organized, accurate, and on schedule. This role helps ensure work flows smoothly across several functions by reducing administrative burden on other team members and supporting operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Purchase Orders & Invoicing: Process purchase orders and invoices accurately and in a timely manner to support vendor payments and maintain organized financial records.
- Call Support: Serve as a primary point of contact for incoming calls, answering questions and directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Service Event Coordination: Help track service requests, coordinate service events, and maintain documentation to ensure issues are addressed and resolved efficiently.
- Budget Support: Assist with tracking expenses, reconciling records, and maintaining reports to support budget oversight.
- Contract Support: Maintain contract records, track renewals, and organize documentation to ensure compliance and timely follow-up.
- Material & Asset Records: Track movement of materials or assets between locations and maintain accurate documentation for inventory and recordkeeping purposes.
This role plays an important part in maintaining organization, communication, and efficiency across operational and administrative functions.
