LHH is partnering with an organization to hire a Temporary Administrative Assistant. This role will focus on providing high-quality administrative support and customer service to both members and internal colleagues. Duration: 3-month contract

Location: Lutherville, MD

Pay Rate: $21-23 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal and external appointments.
  • Track and organize key data; prepare regular reports and summaries for management review.
  • Support internal communications through email, chat platforms, and other channels.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and documentation for various projects.
  • Coordinate approvals and ensure administrative processes run efficiently across departments.
  • Maintain and update databases and filing systems, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
  • Process records, handle renewals or updates, and support general record-keeping.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide professional support to employees, clients, or stakeholders.
  • Organize and maintain shared files, folders, and documentation systems.
  • Support meeting logistics, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking follow-ups.
  • Assist with special projects and ad hoc administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of admin support experience
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and collaboration tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
