Job Summary:
- Printing, folding, stuffing envelopes
- Open, sort and scan incoming mail
- Scanning, saving, filing documents
- Stocking paper
- Opening & Sorting through returned mail
- Other misc. office tasks
- Data entry heavy role- enters data for returned mail (about half of day will be spent with this task)
Skills:
- Extremely detail oriented
- Fast-paced work style
- Uses time efficiently
- Checks for mistakes
- Intermediate level concepts, principles and practices of providing administrative support.
- Operating standard office equipment and using required software applications.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, File Explorer, Adobe
- Typing speed 40 WPM
- Organize, manage and track multiple detailed tasks and assignments with frequently changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
- Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Work collaboratively within a team environment
Education:
- High School Degree or equivalent
