Job Summary:

  • Printing, folding, stuffing envelopes
  • Open, sort and scan incoming mail
  • Scanning, saving, filing documents
  • Stocking paper
  • Opening & Sorting through returned mail
  • Other misc. office tasks
  • Data entry heavy role- enters data for returned mail (about half of day will be spent with this task)

Skills:

  • Extremely detail oriented
  • Fast-paced work style
  • Uses time efficiently
  • Checks for mistakes
  • Intermediate level concepts, principles and practices of providing administrative support.
  • Operating standard office equipment and using required software applications.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, File Explorer, Adobe
  • Typing speed 40 WPM
  • Organize, manage and track multiple detailed tasks and assignments with frequently changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Work collaboratively within a team environment

Education:

  • High School Degree or equivalent
