Job Brief
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Product Marketing & Marketing Operations Executive (Admin) to support both Product Marketing and Marketing Operations across Singapore and Malaysia. This role is essential in ensuring strong execution, system accuracy, compliance readiness, and smooth procurement processes.
Job Responsibilities
- Product Marketing Operations
- Perform SKU extensions / new SKU setup in the system
- Perform pricing extensions / pricing updates in the system
- Maintain accuracy of product master data and internal documentation tracking
- Manage sample requests and logistics coordination for product testing, including submission tracking and follow-ups
- Coordinate compliance processes and internal databases:
- Manage and update internal certification database (status, validity, documentation)
- Raise and track PR/PO for product-related testing, certification and compliance costs
- Product Marketing Operations
- Support vendor management/vendor creation as per procurement requirements
- Raise and track PR/PO for marketing-related activities (printing, production, events, etc.)
- Track A&P expenses and maintain budget monitoring trackers
- Provide coordination support for marketing events, including vendor liaison, materials preparation, and on-site support (if required)
- Support Google Reviews handling, routing feedback to the relevant internal departments
- Coordinate updates of marketing collateral including price lists and brochures
- Support additional ad-hoc administrative and operational duties as required by the Marketing and Category team
Requirements
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in marketing admin / commercial admin / product support / procurement coordination
- Detail-oriented with disciplined follow-up and good organizational skilln
- Proficient in Excel; comfortable working with databases and systems
- Good coordination and communication skills with internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Based in Malaysia office and able to support cross-market coordination with Singapore stakeholders
