Job Description / Responsibility

- Prepare Annual Budget according to different segment of products.
- Prepare of Quarterly Strategic Plan and Monitor monthly P&L statement.
- Evaluate Cash Flow monthly basis and Monitor Institutional Sales.
- Prepare product branding plan. Generation of innovative ideas to change improvise and develop promotional strategies and programs.
- Develop and preparation of product manuals and training manuals for the assigned product groups.
- Monitor of the sales against the target and devising appropriate strategies and plans to meet sales forecast of assigned product range.
- Collect market information and develop market for new product lines.
- Organize field demonstration, operator training program for new products.
- Complete any other assignment given by the supervisor.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
- Skills Required: Marketing, Digital Marketing (Social Media Marketing), Presentation skill, Communication and interpersonal skill
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 3 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Manufacturing (FMCG),Group of Companies,Automobile
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
- Flexible to travel anywhere in Bangladesh
- Good presentation skill
- Good analytical ability
