Role Description This role is suited to someone early in their Account Management career and is keen to expand on their existing skill set. The Account Manager will report to the Senior Account Manager and manage day-to-day relationships with key clients, teams, and brand partners, ensuring merchandise programs are delivered on time and to agreed standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating product ranges, monitoring stock levels, placing and tracking orders, and working closely with suppliers and internal teams to meet customer demand. The role will involve preparing sales forecasts and reports, analyzing account performance, and identifying opportunities to grow revenue and enhance category performance.

The Account Manager will also support event and online sales initiatives, assist with promotional campaigns, and help ensure product information and pricing are accurate across all relevant channels.

This role is full time and based in our office in Thomastown, Victoria.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years' Account management and client relationship experience including the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver high levels of service.
  • Experience in merchandising, inventory coordination, or product management, ideally within retail, ecommerce, or licensed merchandise.
  • Strong commercial acumen, including basic sales forecasting, reporting, and analysis of account performance.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills to work with internal teams, suppliers, and partners.
  • Solid organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize in a fast-moving environment.
  • Comfort with using office software, order management systems, and online retail platforms; experience with ecommerce tools is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in automotive, motorsport, sports licensing, or branded apparel is highly regarded but not essential.
  • Relevant qualification in business, marketing, commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
