Account Manager – Va Beach Area
Salary: $70,000–$80,000 | Mon–Fri | No Weekends
BAPS Auto Paints & Supply is seeking an Account Manager with automotive paint knowledge to join our Virginia Beach Sales team! With over 40 years in the business, we serve everyone from major dealerships to family-owned repair shops, always with top-tier service.

Your Role:
- Manage and grow customer accounts
- Prospect and visit new clients (90% travel, local/regional)
- Handle customer orders, inventory, and occasional deliveries
- Support customers with product knowledge and equipment installs
- Use CRM to track activities and follow up on overdue accounts
Must Have:
- Automotive paint experience
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Valid driver’s license
