Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager based in Singapore. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic sales plans, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves regular communication with clients, coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet client needs, and monitoring market trends to drive business growth. Additionally, the Account Manager will manage contracts, negotiate agreements, and provide after-sales support to clients.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, client management, and relationship-building skills
- Experience in sales strategy development, account management, and business development
- Understanding of global supply chains, electronic components, and industries such as automotive electronics, consumer electronics, or telecommunications
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and tools, as well as basic knowledge of data analysis
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to meet client requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Previous experience in the technology or electronics distribution sector is a plus
- Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
