Tasks
- Provide 1st Level Support through the Service Desk
- Monitor multiple ticketing tools
- Accept, categorize, assign, and track support tickets
- Perform proactive monitoring of multiple customer SAP systems
- Handle inbound calls via the support hotline
- Escalate critical incidents according to established procedures
- Monitor SAP transactions and system performance
Qualifications
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Ability to handle challenging situations and work under pressure
Things to know before departure:
- Start: by arrangement – always on the 1st and 15th of the month
- Working hours: full-time (40h); 27 vacation days
- Employment contract: Unlimited

- Language skills: Fluency in written and spoken English and German
- Flexibility & willingness to travel for on-site assignments
