Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets，mostly for G-drive engine ，pump engine，datacenter engine；
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent
- Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
- 3+ years' of sales experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Priority given to those with work experience at Cummins, Perkins, Volvo, John Deere, Mitsubishi，Lery Somer，WEG,Marelli
