该职位来源于猎聘 Responsibilities: To Lead team and finish customer quotation program with MtC (Market to Contract) . To finish Handover from MtC to TtM with QWS as slod after be nominated new program. To assist with quotation development/establish and maintain agreed scope and statements of work. To plan and manage all project deliverables related to assigned projects. To take the responsible for the execution of TtM(Time to Market) for individual development programs in China. To predict and resolve resource conflicts with functional managers. To maintain P&L accountability and ownership with the use of program PCF's (Project Control Form). To keep the contact-communicate with customer, and coordinate the open issues. To Generate team commitment and ensure APQP and simultaneous engineering principles are followed. To execute LRR (Launch Readiness Review) process in cooperation with Operations management as projects transition to launch phase and start of production. To create, update project timing following customer and internal request & change To do Budget planning, cost control and profitability management for project, do monthly tracking with finance To perform gateway meeting to ensure the maturity of project and product To perform the role of the technical consultant at the customer, perform the interface function between all development departments of Inalfa roof systems to the customer. To report project status to management in China & Global Requirements: Bachelor or above in Automotive, industrial engineering or business administration, engineering background is preferred. Proficient command of the Mandarin, English language in both spoken and written, the second foreign language is a plus The knowledge of project management methods, tools, PMP certification is a plus Excellence application of Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project etc.) At least 3 years of project management with engineering, manufacturing, quality and purchasing, at international company or in Automotive industry will be a plus Special authorizations and responsibility (power of procuration, power of attorney, permanent representation etc.) depends on current situation and management decision, will be documented if necessary.
