该职位来源于猎聘 工作职责： 1、产品研发阶段，负责产品的前期工艺策划与验证，包括制定工艺标准、过程流程图、平面布局图、PFMEA、设备工装需求等； In the stage of product development, responsible for the preliminary process planning and verification of products, including the formulation of process standards, process flow chart, layout diagram, PFMEA, equipment and tooling requirements, etc;
2、负责注塑工艺指导和模具管理能力，指导并解决注塑工艺和注塑问题； Responsible for injection molding process guidance and mold management, Guide and solve injection molding process and injection molding problem;
3、负责产线的规划和布局，有优秀的 IE 工程能力、设计装配产线和改造产线能力； Responsible for production line planning and layout, have excellent IE engineering ability, design assembly production line and transformation production line ability； 4、负责审核作业指导书，并对生产工艺进行持续改进，包括质量问题改进，产品防护和工艺变更 Responsible for review of work instruction and continuous improvement of production process,including quality problem improvement, product protection and process change； 5、协助质量部门分析并解决客户投诉的产品质量问题，制定、实施纠正和预防措施，增加防错措施和工装设备； Assist quality department to analyze and solve customer complaints, formulate and implement corrective and preventive measures, add error prevention measures and tooling equipment;
6、配合工程部完成新产品的投产试制，及时发现设计问题，并完成设备和治具清单； Cooperate with engineering department to complete new product commissioning and trial production process, find design problems in time, and complete equipment and fixture list;
7、负责组织工艺纪律检查，及时解决工艺技术上存在的问题，现场持续改善； Organize process discipline inspection, solve technical problems in time and make continuous improvement on site;
8、产品研发阶段设计产线工位、对各工序进行工艺标准化，保障工序符合量产要求； Design the production line station in the product development stage, standardize the process for each process, and ensure that the process meets the mass production requirements;
9、公司交付的其他工作。 Other work sent by the company. 岗位要求： 1.大专及以上学历，电气、电子设计相关专业，熟悉 EMC 和电气绝缘知识； College degree or above, major in electrical and electronic design, familiar with EMC and electrical insulation knowledge;
- 掌握电气、机械加工专业技能，掌握电力电子器件和控制系统的相关工艺设计技能； Master electrical, mechanical processing professional skills, master power electronic devices and control system related process design skills; 3.熟练操作 AutoCAD，RobCAD，UG，Office 等软件者优先； Good command of AutoCAD, RobCAD, UG, Office is preferred;
- 良好的英语读写能力，书面沟通流畅； Good English reading and writing skills, fluency in written communication;
- 熟悉 IATF16949 质量体系和 APQP 知识。 Familiar with IATF16949 quality system and APQP knowledge
