该职位来源于猎聘 Main Duties: The Lead Homologation Engineer will be part of a team responsible for full vehicle integration. This position primarily requires the individual to lead complete vehicle level homologation activities, including:
- Definition of requirements according to intended markets
- Provide clear interpretation of regulations to the engineering and design teams
- Create and execute homologation test matrices,including liaison with customer and test facilities
- Work closely with other program integration team members to ensure that there is a clear understanding

- Physically perform homologation tests and witness with regulatory bodies
- Perform frequent and thorough objective evaluations of vehicle designs, to ensure right *** time delivery
- Provide all necessary documentation in support of the homologation
- Author evaluation reports, validation reports, etc Qualification: Education: Bachelor Degree or above in mechanical engineering, vehicle engineering or related major Work Experiences: With more than 8 years working experience for at least 3 complete vehicle homologation activities Technical Knowledge:
- Familiar with overall vehicle development process
- Thorough knowledge of global as well as Chinese legislative requirements
- Experience in advising engineering teams of requirements throughout development, and official homologation process
- Ability to create design guidelines and monitor designs against them
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English
