该职位来源于猎聘 Job Responsibilities 工作职责:
- Manage the customer development of fasteners in routing & lighting & harness & battery and own sharp market insights to identify the opportunities in China.
- Work closely with customer Purchasing, Engineering and Quality departments to enhance ITW image and product strengths.
- Achieve division AP& LRP target by pursuing valued business pipelines for continued revenue profit growth.
- To be a client representative, follow customer requirements & needs and find customer pain points.
- Oversee launches/customer projects to ensure customer expectations and product line/sales commitments are met.
- Acquire and support in existing and new potential Leap customers.
- Performs other related duties as assigned. Position Qualifications 任职要求:
- Rich working experience in routing and lighting customers with proven sales or engineering record.
- Fair knowledge of plastic injection and stamping parts.
- Minimum 8-year experience in China automotive industry know-how of OEMs and Tier1; routing & lighting customer experience will be plus.
- Good communication skills both internally and externally.
- Initiative, optimistic, mature, ability to work independently and under pressure
- Engineering degree with strong sales experience preferred
- Fluent English communication;
