- At least 3 years working experience in the test bench area, familar VW durability test bench. 至少3年在汽车台架测试领域的工作经验，熟悉大众耐久台架测试。
- Capable of testing on a four column bench. 具备四立柱台架测试能力。
- Good at Microsoft Software, good presentation skills. 精通微软软件，良好的表达能力。
- Average technical communication skills in English (written and spoken), German language is desired 具备英语（书面和口语）技术沟通能力，德语优先。
- Team working and good analytical skills 团队合作和良好的分析能力
- With VW bench test experience is a plus 有大众台架试验经验者优先。 Main Tasks & Responsibility主要任务和职责
- Responsible for structural durability bench test (Whole vehicle, body, chassis, measurement) 负责结构耐久性台架测试（整车、车身、底盘、测量），
- Responsible for structural durability test bench investment (Whole vehicle, body, chassis, measurement), such as process, planning, infrastructure, etc. 负责结构耐久性试验台投资（整车、车身、底盘、测量），如工艺、规划、基础设施等。
- Select potential test bench supplier and organize technical exchange meetings with supplier 选择潜在的试验台供应商，组织与供应商的技术交流会
- Translate test bench specification from VW WOB and clarify to potential supplier. 翻译大众WOB的测试台规格，并向潜在供应商澄清。
- Coordinate infrastructure requirement, such as MEP conformation, layout definition. 协调基础设施要求，如MEP确认、布局定义。
- Follow up investment process, organize regular meetings to report internally. 跟进投资过程，组织内部报告会议。
- Support for test bench design, delivery and installation. 支持试验台设计、交付和安装。
- Tracking test bench build up progress. 追踪试验台架搭建进度。
