该职位来源于猎聘 Order management from PO reception until billing using ldemia ERPs You will be in charge of:
- Collecting customer MRP data on customer specific tools (WEB EDI, … )
- Analyzing customer forecast
- Placing orders in our ERP (with customer + item creation) and put it in production.
- Communicating / Negotiating planning with our customers & plants
- Providing shipping elements (commercial invoice, labels, packing list).
- Following deliveries (proof of delivery)
- lnvoicing following incoterm agreed by contract Key challenges:
- Analyse customer requirements and expectations.
- Main interface with our customers, with plants for product delivery (negotiate delays, ensure customer satisfaction) Main Interlocutors
- Automotive & IoT Customers (Tesla, Stellantis, Marelli, Pegatron, Quanta, Continental, Harman,….)
- Sales team
- Program Team
- Quality department
- Plants (Vitré, Shenzhen, Noida).
