Handle all the non-conformity in plant, including incoming raw material, rejects from production line and return back from customer;

工厂内所有不合格品处理，包括来料的原材料，产线的不良品和客户退回产品；

Investigate and analyze the root cause of non-conformity, from prototype to mass production;

调查分析不合格品产生的根本原因，涵盖范围从原型样件到量产产品；

PDCA, push related department to continuously improve, check the implementation of corrective action;

PDCA，推动相关部门的持续改进，跟踪改善措施的落实；

Familiar with the process capability of each station, discover/monitor the risk point of production line;

熟悉各工位的的过程能力/CPK，发现/监控产线的风险点；

Finish/Maintain the control plan, SIP and process record, training for auditor to use correctly; 制定/维护控制计划，SIP和过程记录，并培训检验员正确使用；
Validation, verify the PPAP products.

Validation，PPAP产品验证。

协助工艺工程师完成/维护PFMEA;

Support product engineer to finish/maintain the product or raw material standard;

协助产品工程师完成/维护产品和原材料标准；

Support SQE to audit supplier and check the implementation of corrective action, when there is customer complaint or significant NC which is related to raw material; 有关于原材料的投诉或重大不良时，协助供应商质量工程师审核供应商，确认改善措施落实；
Support CQE to check the complaint together at customer side if needed. Replay the corrective action to CQE according to the real internal situation;

客户投诉需要现场确认时，协助客户质量工程师一起到现场确认。根据内部实际情况回复纠正措施给客户质量工程师；

协助体系工程师审核，提供所需记录和文件。岗位要求：

Good knowledge of quality tools and strong quality problems solving skills. 熟悉质量工具和较强的解决问题的能力
Familiar with 8D, FMEA,PPAP,APQP is preferred 熟悉8D,FMEA,PPAP,APQP更佳
Major in mechanical or related.

机械或相关专业

熟悉材料及加工工艺

English (medium level), good oral and written English 英语（中级），口语和书面英语良好
At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position or related. 至少3年同岗位或相关的工作经历验。
