- KNOWLEDGE in AUTOMOBILE PARTS & ASSEMBLY PROCESS ENGINEERING
- Experience of car assembly design and parts design
- Good knowledge of car parts constitution, manufacturing.
- PRODUCT/PROCESS COMPETENCE
- Familiar with complete vehicle assembly processes, including fastening methods, assembly sequence impact on design, cycle time constraints and workstation fundamentals.
- Proficient in process sheet development and documentation.
- Knowledgeable in component assembly rules and specifications.
- Familiar with the design and application of assembly fixtures, adjustment tools and manipulators.
- Capable of conducting product and process feasibility analysis.
- Proficient with fastening tools and assembly requirements.
- Familiar with geometric quality and ergonomic standards for assembly lines.
- Knowledgeable in end-of-line vehicle testing and validation procedures.
- EXPERIENCE in VEHICLE DEVELOPMENT
- 2- 3 years in car assembly process (plant and/or SE).
- LANGUAGE
- Chinese
- Reading and Writing English
- Oral English
- SOFTWARE SKILLS
- More than 1 years CATIA V5 or V6 using experience,
- Microsoft office
- OTHER SKILLS or COMPETENCES
- Good Communication & Report skill. Be able to make report (PPT, KPI …) according to PSA requirements.
- Self-motivated.
- Willing to take challenge and learn new things
- Good understanding of job requirements regarding input, activity and output
- Quick feedback and high efficiency
