该职位来源于猎聘 Responsibilities： Learn relevant tax policies and regulations, attend technology/professional forum, understand advanced technologies of relevant industries; Interview with clients to understand clients’ business operation and R&D process; Conduct technical analysis regarding clients’ R&D projects. Evaluate the innovative and advance technologies of such projects from tax regulation perspective. Provide professional technical opinions and review/write report and required technical reports for the purpose of tax incentive application; Coach and support other team members in the specialized field. Requirements： A relevant bachelor or above degree and working experience in the industry of internet technology or software engineering/traditional manufacturing/automotive and auto parts/ electrical engineering/chemical or biological engineering /telecommunications; 2-5 years working experience in R&D/Technology Department of enterprises or R&D institutions; Experience in relevant industries’ R&D project management procedure. Have deep technology understanding of relevant industry and master technical expertise; Strong project managing and tracking skills. Able to work on multiple engagements; Fluent in oral and written English. Overseas study or working experience preferred; Good teamwork and communication ability, comfortable in working under pressure, acknowledge PwC values, willing to engage in technology consultation work. 研发优惠服务高级技术顾问 工作职责： 了解及学习相关政策法规，参与相关技术/学术论坛，了解及学习相关行业的先进技术； 在了解相关法规的基础上，在项目中参与客户的技术访谈，了解其运营体系及生产研发流程； 针对客户的相关研发项目进行技术分析，从财税法规角度评估相关研发项目的先进性及创新性，提供专业的技术意见，审阅及编写报告及申请税收优惠所需的技术报告； 对团队中的相关人员提供技术支持和指导。 要求： 海外硕士优先。 新能源汽车及零配件制造等相关经验； 在企业中的研发/技术部门、研发机构等具有2-5年工作经验； 至少熟悉所在行业的产品研发/开发流程，对其技术及产业背景有较深入了解； 有较强的项目管理及自我管理能力，能同时处理多个不同项目； 流利的英语口语及写作，有海外留学及工作经验优先； 有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够承受工作压力，认同普华永道的价值观，乐于从事专业技术咨询工作。
